COARSE GRAIN SEEDER – AX 4000

The DOLBI AX 4000 thick grains drills are presented in one or two modules, depending on the quantity of furrows and the distance between lines: 52,5 cm; 70 cm; 100 cm.
They have frame chassis, module mounted on four forks and high flotation wheels.
The drills are equipped with large capacity monohoppers for fertilizers as well as for seeds.
The fertilization kit is composed of a turbocolter, a shoe and two recovering disks which allow a deep fertilization under the seed-planting line. The optional kit is available; it is composed of double seed-planting disk which locates the fertilizer on the side of the seed-planting line.
The dosing system can be pneumatic or mechanical and the variations of seed-planting and fertilization are controlled by an easy access gearbox.
The machine has a hydraulically assisted working lance in all the models and a point lance for transport.

FERTILIZATION KIT

1- 18'' turbocolter: it cuts the stubble and grinds a band of soil.
2- Shoe: it incorporates the fertilizer in the same line under the seed.
3- Recovering disks: they cover the fertilizer and recover the ridge of furrow.

SEED-PLANTING KIT
4- Double planting disk: it works on a band of broken soil, thus requiring less pressure without compressing the side walls of the furrow.
5- Limiting wheels: they have a balance which averages the differences of the soil. They work on the same level where the down seeds pipes are placed, thus guaranteeing an efficient depth control and avoiding earth adherence to the disks.
6- Seeds' tighteners: wheel (optional) affirming seed tail.
7- Covering wheels: they complete the task by leaving the seed protected and in contact with the wet soil.
