FINE GRAIN SEEDER – FX 7000

The drills DOLBI FX 7000 are conceived to carry out Direct Seed-planting and are characterized by their simplicity, efficiency and operation easiness.

Their maintenance is minimal and very simple to perform.

FRAME - CHASSIS:

great structural resistance which gives it the necessary strength in order to work in the most adverse conditions. It is mounted on for high flotation wheels, in its two versions, one of transverse transport and the other one of longitudinal transport. The weight of the equipment is high (due to its two files of large capacity hoppers); it allows to transfer the proper pressure to the seed-planting train.

 

 

 

 

HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT:
with regulator valve of simultaneous and constant pressure of all the seed-planting lines and a cutoff valve which allows to block one seed-planting line.

HOPPERS:
double compartment and large capacity. They are placed in double file so they achieve a proper unload of seed and improve the uniformity of the distribution.

CONTROLS:
they are propelled by an independent and articulated wheel which assures a permanent contact with the soil.
They are equipped with boxes in 54 movements oil baths for seed-planting and 16 movements for fertilizer.
There is a great distance between the seed-planting trains and between the files which facilitates the stubble flow, thus avoiding clogging.
The configurations between the seed-planting files are at 19 cms., 38 cms. and 52.5 cms.

SEED-PLANTING BODY:
Monodisk furrow-opener and shoe with depth limiting wheel, grain tightener wheel, and covering wheels in their two versions, the double wheel furnished with a rubberized wheel with toothed disk and the simple wheel with cast steel wheel. Shoe of unload of seed and independent fertilizer.
