COARSE GRAIN SEEDER SD900

DOLBI Thick Grain Sower SD 900 equipped for direct sowing, was created with the highest technology and quality of materials. It is presented in a rigid structural chassis and its breadth varies according to the amount of furrows. It could be from 9 to 52.5cm and from 7 to 70cm (Optional: from 7 to 45cm and from 7 to 52.5cm)
The Sower is underpinned by 2 tyres of high load capacity and equipped with individual hoppers that have a high capacity for seeds storage (70liters each). It also has monohoppers of fertilization of 90liters per furrow.
The fertilization kit consists of a turbo cleaver, a zapata, and two discs that make the recoveries, which permit a deep fertilization below the line planting.
There is also an optional kit formed by a double disc planter, which spreads the fertilizer over the side of the line planting.
The Dosage System can be pneumatic or mechanical and the variations in the density of planting and fertilization are controlled with gearboxes of easy access.

FERTILIZATION KITS

1 – Turbo Cleaver: It is of 18" that cuts the stubble and ploughs a strip of soil.
2 - Zapata: It incorporates the fertilizer in the same line below the seed.
3 - Disks that make recoveries: They are attached to a gummed wheel that covers the fertilizer and retrieves the land.

SOWING KITS

4 - Double Disc Planter: It works on a ploughed land strip requiring less pressure and without compacting the sidewalls of the furrow.
5 - Limiting Wheels: With balance beam that averages the dissimilitude of the ground. The wheels work in the same place where the descent pipe of seed is set, producing an efficient control of depth and not allowing the adhesion of land into the discs.
6 – Tight of Seed: A wheel (optional) to make the seed firm.
7 – Wheels that cover holes: Complete the work by leaving the seed protected and in contact with moist soil.

The double fertilization enables the Sower SD 900 to add two nutrients simultaneously and separated from the seed.
One of the fertilizers is located below the planting line through the zapata (2) and the other is located on the side of the planting line through the double wavy disc (8). Optional: double disc with wheels that cover the holes (9).

 

 

 

MECHANIC DEVICE TO REGULATE QUANTITIES OR PORTIONSIt is big in diameter and has a device to expel the exact quantities and ensure a proper distribution. It works by hosting a seed in each hole. Every seed calibre has its own plate.

MATERMACC PNEUMATIC DEVICE TO REGULATE QUANTITIES OR PORTIONS It works with the suction principle retaining the seed against the hole of the plate that permits to optimize the sowing accuracy, even with different seed calibre.

SOWING BOX The planting density variations are achieved through 54-speed boxes.

FERTILICER BOX The amount of fertilizer to be deposited is achieved through a 16-speed variable box.

SOWING MONITOR

The Sowing density indicator is calculated per furrow and the average is done in meters and hectares.
Distance measuring in meters.
Sound and graphics alarms that indicate furrow failures due to the excess or decrease of seeds, and when seeds stop falling down or the pipe is clogged.
The time of working could be partial or total.
Speed of the machine.
The hectares worked could be partial and total.
The monitoring of axles rotation are done per node.

CONTROL OF THE VARIABLE FERTILIZATION
It allows through a prior analysis with a map of crop yields or soil analysis to sow with a variable geo-referenced fertilization adjusted to the dissimilitude of the field.
