FIELD CULTIVATOR

The Field Cultivator is a tillage implement that fulfils the tasks of ploughing by maintaining the soil free of undergrowths and adequately preparing sowing beds.

CHASSIS

All the models are mounted on chassis framework totally constructed with pipes laminated of steel, conforming hereby, rigid frameworks assuring his integrity and good performance in the hardest conditions of work to which they can be submitted. These chassis possess four rows of transoms on which the elastic arches are mounted across an effective system absorber. They are placed in intervals of 70 cm one from each other achieving in this way that every set works more frivolous and with ideal action to remove the land without obstructions.
They are formed by a central chassis of 4m of width on which different models of lateral floating wings can be leaned for higher powers.

LANCE

It is articulated shot. It allows a longitudinal perfect regulation controlled by means of a coil.

VEHICLES

The fixed sector of the chassis is sustained by two games of balance beam. This make to achieve an excellent flotation although the area is unbalanced and keeping a constant depth like that in his work.
This profitable system is mounted on the axis of the central chassis and in the lateral wings of the models of major width of work. The models with minor wings possess a simple wheel with control for coil.

CRUSHING DEVISE CAPABLE OF CHOPPING ALL KINDS OF UNDERGROWTHS

The Cultivator realizes an excellent work. It roots out risomas and matas due to the installation of his gratings through which a suitable horizontal cut is produced. It produces the disappearance of undergrowths and raises them to the surface where the natural factors destroy them.

ELASTIC HELM

It is an arch of DOLBI exclusive design attached to the chassis that allows different positioning. This type of arch eliminates the lateral game of the arch guaranteeing a straight and firm action on undergrowths.
It has an adjustable compression spring to assure the penetration to take its own course. Besides, there is a prisoner of regulation of the angle of assault in order to obtain the exact penetration of the gratings that are still compacted in the soils.
This tool is equipped with gratings of 10" in which there is a separation of 175 mm arches that contributes with an overlapping of gratings of 3 ", guaranteeing the total cut of undergrowths.

 

DEPTH CONTROL

The implementation of the tool is carried out by means of hydraulic cylinders.
The depth control is achieved through adjustable ceilings that act on the legs of the balance beams allowing the hydraulic system to be free during the work.

 

ATTACHMENTS

DOLBI field cultivator is equipped with rabastos in wedge, triple row of combs and rollers for its suitability and economy; allowing to work with all 3 attachments at the same time. Every attachment possesses an independent regulation to achieve an ideal bed.
